Sugammadex: A Comprehensive Analysis
Sugammadex is a selective relaxant-binding agent (SRBA) used for the reversal of neuromuscular blockade induced by aminosteroid non-depolarising neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs) such as rocuronium and vecuronium.
